Organization Management
Creating an Organization
Your organization will be provided by the LabHQ support team upon request. You will need to provide details of:
Company Identifier
- Must be between 1 and 30 characters long, containing lowercase letters and/or numbers
- It must not be used by any existing organization (if your desired identifier is in-use the support team will ask you to provide an alternative).
Administrator Accounts
You will need to provide the following details for each account:
- Username
Account Verification
An automated verification email will be sent to each of the administrator accounts requested from sender notifications@labhqlims.com. Upon verification, you will be immediately required to set an account password.
Logging In
Upon navigating to labhqlims.com, you will be prompted to log into the system using your account details.
Address
Users with the Organization:Manage permission will have the ability to edit the company’s address and telephone contact number.
On reports, each part of the address will be separated by a comma, so you aren’t required to add them to every field, except if you wish to have them between lines in the multi-line address field.
