All new LabHQ Portal for customers of LabHQ to track and manage their Jobs and samples
This includes:
- Secure log in to the portal managed through the LabHQ client setup screen with self serve user management for password resets.
- External User Configuration: Setup and manage portal access for your clients with ease.
- Job Viewer: Keep clients informed with real-time visibility into job progress and statuses.
- Sample Viewer: Allow users to view detailed sample information associated with their jobs for transparency and tracking.
Feature 580: Viewing jobs via the portal allows portal users to view their submitted jobs and the status.
Feature 159: Viewing samples via the portal allows portal users to view their submitted samples and the status.
Feature 572: Invite users to the portal via client setup.
Feature 449: Allow resending invites to portal users via client setup screen.
