How to use the LabHQ Portal

The LabHQ Portal provides a simple and secure way to interact with your laboratory. Through the portal, you can view job and sample information, submit new work, track progress and download certificates.

Once you receive your invitation and log in, you will be able to access all data related to your organization in a clear list view. You can switch between Jobs and Samples to monitor activity and expand records to see more detailed information.

The portal also allows you to:

• Submit new jobs directly to the lab
• Track the status of existing jobs and samples
• Download certificates once they are available
• Manage your notification preferences
