How to share data with external users via the LabHQ Portal
The LabHQ Portal allows laboratories to securely share job and sample data with external users, such as clients and partners. This provides a simple way for your customers to view progress, submit new work and download certificates, without requiring access to the full LabHQ application.
External users are managed through Client Setup, where you can create portal accounts by entering the user's email address. An invitation is automatically sent, allowing them to access the portal and view data linked to their client account.
You also have full control over access, including the ability to:
- Resend portal invitations
- Revoke access when it is no longer required
This ensures that only the right users have access to your data at all times.
