Custom Reports

LabHQ provides flexible reporting capabilities that allow you to tailor certificates and workbooks to meet your organisation’s specific requirements. Using custom report templates, you can control the layout, formatting, branding, and data displayed in your reports.

Each report type includes a standard template that can be downloaded and used as a starting point. You can then upload your own customized templates, enabling you to adapt reports for different customers, regulatory requirements, or internal workflows.

Custom templates are created and edited using a word processor such as Microsoft Word and are powered by Docmosis. This allows you to design reports in a familiar document format while using dynamic data tags to automatically populate content from LabHQ. These tags can be used to insert key information such as job details, sample results, and custom field values directly into your report.

More advanced functionality is also supported, including conditional logic, repeating data sections, and calculated values. This makes it possible to build highly customized and dynamic reports without requiring development work.
