Usage Tracking
⭐ This is a premium feature. Please click here for more information.
The Usage Tracking screen provides a complete, chronological record of all stock usage within LabHQ. It enables users to review how stock items have been consumed, disposed of, corrected or used for testing. The screen lists all usage entries with most recent displayed first as well as summaries at the top of the screen which show data around wasted stock.
It is designed to support auditing, stock reconciliation and traceability of stock movements.
Wasted stock summaries
At the top of the usage tracking screen there are three summary boxes outlining the following information:
- Total stock waste (Disposals in the last 30 days)
- Percentage of wasted stock vs used stock (Total disposed vs total used in the last 30 days)
- Top wasted stock items (Highest percentage of disposed stock vs used stock in the last 30 days)
