Expired Stock

The Expired Stock feature shows all stock that has expired (all stock with an expiry date that ends before today's date), or stock that is expiring soon (within the next 30 days).
Navigating to the Screen
Go to the Expired Stock screen but selecting Stock > Expired Stock from the main menu.
Above the main list of expired stock are metrics tiles that display the number of expired, and soon to expire stock items, using predefined stock expiry definitions.
Switching Between Expired and Expiring Stock
- Expired: Click the Expired button to view stock that has already expired.
- Expiring Soon: Click the Expiring Soon button to view stock that will expire within the next 30 days.
The table updates automatically based on your selection.
Table View
Stock batches are displayed in order of most recently expired or soonest-to-expire first. Use the pagination at the bottom of the table to move through pages of records.
The table displays dates in relative format:
- For expired stock: "1 day ago", "1 month ago", etc.
- For expiring stock: "in 1 day", "in 1 month", etc.
Hovering the date cell will display the actual expiry date.
Stock Expiry Definitions
The following summarises the rules to define the different stock expiry statuses:
Expired: stock with an expiry date of yesterday or before
Expiring: stock with an expiry date within the next 30 days (including today)
