Portal Account Settings
This guide explains how to view your account details and manage your email notification preferences.
Currently, you can:
- View your profile information
- Turn email notifications on or off for your account

Accessing Account Settings
- Click on the profile button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Profile Information
In the Profile Information section, you can view details about your account.
- Name: The full name associated with your account
- Email: The email address linked to your account, and where notifications are sent.
- Client: The organization you belong to.
These fields are currently view-only. To update this information, please contact your contract provider.
Email Notifications
The Email Notifications section lets you control whether you receive email alerts from LabHQ.
Notification Types Included:
- Sample Received Emails: Sent when one or more samples are received.
- Sample Approved Emails: Sent when one or more samples are approved.
How to Enable or Disable Email Notifications:
- Go to the Email Notifications section.
- Use the toggle switch labeled Receive Email Notifications:
- On: You'll receive all email notifications from LabHQ.
- Off: You won't receive any email notifications from LabHQ.
Returning to the Dashboard
Click the Back button at the top-left to return to the dashboard.
