Portal Account Settings

This guide explains how to view your account details and manage your email notification preferences.

Currently, you can:

  • View your profile information
  • Turn email notifications on or off for your account

Accessing Account Settings

  • Click on the profile button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.


Profile Information


In the Profile Information section, you can view details about your account.

  • Name: The full name associated with your account
  • Email: The email address linked to your account, and where notifications are sent.
  • Client: The organization you belong to.

These fields are currently view-only. To update this information, please contact your contract provider.


Email Notifications


The Email Notifications section lets you control whether you receive email alerts from LabHQ.


Notification Types Included:

  • Sample Received Emails: Sent when one or more samples are received.
  • Sample Approved Emails: Sent when one or more samples are approved.

How to Enable or Disable Email Notifications:

  • Go to the Email Notifications section.
  • Use the toggle switch labeled Receive Email Notifications:
    • On: You'll receive all email notifications from LabHQ.
    • Off: You won't receive any email notifications from LabHQ.

Returning to the Dashboard


Click the Back button at the top-left to return to the dashboard.
