Portal Job Viewer / Sample Viewer

The Job Viewer is the primary landing screen of the LabHQ Client Portal. On this screen, you can view and track the jobs that have been submitted in a tabular format.

The Job Viewer displays a table of jobs, sorted by newest first. Scrolling down will continue to load older jobs.

The table includes the job’s identifier, status, batch number and user who created the job.

Viewing Job Details

To view more information about a job, click on a row in the table. This will expand the job details where you can find the job’s description and custom fields.

Depending on screen size, some columns may hide, and appear as fields in the details section.

Viewing Sample Details

You can use the [Jobs/Samples Toggle] to change to the Sample Viewer. This will show a list of all Samples. To view more information about a sample, click on a row in the table. This will expand the sample details where you can find the sample's description and custom fields.

Downloading Job Certificates / Sample Certificates

Once a job's analysis is complete and the laboratory have released its certificate, it will be available to download within the portal.

Jobs and Samples with a released certificate are easily identifiable by an icon next to their job identifier and a "Certificate Ready" status. This is illustrated in job "110625-2" in the image above. To download and view the certificate, simply click on the job's row to expand its details. From there, click the Download Certificate button.

Certificates are provided in PDF format, and are valid for compliance purposes.

Jobs and Samples that have not yet had their certificate released will appear as in the image above.
