☆ The Client Portal is available to customers on Advanced and Enterprise subscription tiers.
The LabHQ Client Portal is a web and mobile-based application.
It is designed as a self-service portal, giving clients real-time access to the status of their data.
Signing In
To access the LabHQ Client Portal, you'll need to sign in using your registered email and password credentials.
If you are not already authenticated, you will be automatically redirected to the sign-in screen to enter your credentials.
Once you are signed in, you can confirm your name and client by selecting the profile icon in the top-right corner of the header.
Signing Out
To securely sign out, click the profile icon located in the top-right corner of the header, and then select the [ Sign Out ] button.
Branding Placement
When using the application, you'll see two logos in consistent locations.
Contract Provider's Logo
This logo will appear in the top-left corner of the application header and is managed by your contract provider. If no logo has been uploaded, the top-left corner will display the LabHQ logo.
Platform Provider Logo
The LabHQ logo is displayed in the application footer of every page. Clicking this logo will take you to https://www.thelabhq.com where you can learn more about the services and solutions LabHQ offers.
