Export results give you the ability to export all Submitted  results in the form of a CSV file download.

To access Export Results, users must have the Reports: Export results permission enabled.

Exporting Results

  1. Navigate to the Export Results interface.
    1. Select the Reports > Export Results menu item.
  2. Configure filters to refine your results.
    1. Test submitted after:
      1. Set the start date for the results you wish to include. By default, this filter starts from three months before the current date, but it can be adjusted to any desired date before the Test submitted after date.
      2. This date filter captures results from the beginning of the specified date.
    2. Test submitted before:
      1. Set the end date for the results you want to include. By default, this filter is set to the current date, but it can be adjusted to any desired date after the Test submitted before date.
      2. This date filter includes results for the date entered.
    3. Job IDs:
      1. Enter a comma-separated list of Job IDs to filter results for specific Jobs. Example: 010101, 010102 .

  1. Initiate the export process.
    1. Click the [ Export Results ] button to start generating the CSV file. Depending on the amount of results, this could take a few minutes.

  1. Download the CSV file.
    1. Once the export is complete, a [ Download ] button will appear on screen.
    2. Select the [ Download ] button to download the CSV to your file system.

📒 Only submitted results will appear on the export results download.


CSV File Format

The exported CSV file contains the following data points for each submitted result:

  • Job Identifier
  • Job Batch Number
  • Client Name
  • Sample Identifier
  • Sample Batch Number
  • Product Name
  • Test Method Name
  • Repeat Index
  • Test Output Name
  • Result
  • Result Units
  • Test Submitted Date
  • Custom Fields: Titles & Values for Jobs and Samples, from 1 to 10.
