OOS Results
This screen provides a summary of out of specification (OOS) results over the last three months. It is possible to view out of specification results for each product, as well as a breakdown of the number of OOS results for each test method per product.
To view out of specification results, the user must have the Reports: OOS results permission.

OOS Results by Product
This bar chart shows the number of out of specification results for each product over the last three months for tests that have a status of Results Submitted or greater.
Hovering over a bar will display a tooltip with the exact number of out of specification results for that product.
Only products with OOS results will be shown on the chart. Any products with no results out of specification will not be plotted.
📒 A maximum of 25 products will be plotted on the chart, ordered by products with the most OOS results at the top.
OOS Results by Test Method
📒 To view this chart, you must first select a product by using the [ Select a product ] filter, or by selecting a bar from the product chart.
This pie chart displays the distribution of out of specification results by test method for the selected product, over the last three months. Tests that have a status of Results Submitted or greater are displayed.
Each segment of the pie chart represents a different test method, with the size of the segment corresponding to the number of out of specification results for that test method.
Hovering over a segment will show a tooltip displaying the exact number of out of specification results for that test method.
